Graduated from Kazan State University named after V.I. Ulyanov-Lenin in 1996. PhD. in Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
Has won state and institutional awards:
• Ministry of Energy of Russian Federation gratitude (2011),
• Ministry of Energy of Russian Federation medal "Labor Glory” class III (2018),
• Order of Honor (2019).
Since 1995 till 2003 held various positions in credit and finance organizations.
Since 2003 till 2011 – Head of the Treasury, Management Board member of RRDB (JSC).
Since 2011 till 2013 – Senior Vice-President, Management Board member of RRDB (JSC).
Since 2013 till 2014 – Acting President of RRDB (JSC).
Since 2014 till now – President, Chairman of the Board of RRDB(JSC).
Member of the Management Board of Rosneft, CEO Consultant in the rank of vice president since September 2020.
